Our Story ...

My inspiration for food comes from my Italian heritage. I have always dreamed about keeping our well guarded family recipes from New Jersey and the Bronx alive. Living in a place like Sparta, it's not always easy to get the specialties that I remember. That heavenly smell of food from the old neighborhood and my grandmother’s kitchen! At the Gourmet Italian Kitchen we create specialty foods for those who desire the best and are looking for authentic old world cuisine.

Our products are handmade locally in small batches and we pay attention to every detail from ingredients to packaging. We believe in making the real deal! We would love to give you what you are looking for and we can personalize a menu just for you.
